Greetings to you all!
Respiratory care has a special place in the medical profession and great
emphasis is placed on the practitioner’s ability to be able to discern the
needs of their patients, which could be vast.
The purpose of this blog is to explore the myriad of topics from a
myriad of specialties that are held by respiratory therapists; hence the name
of the blog Respiratory World.
You chose this profession to be a part of something that
could have a lasting impact on those you treat and with every passing year
comes more challenges that will be encountered.
The Respiratory World Blog was created to keep you up to date with current
research, therapies, and to have access to what other respiratory therapists
have to say, as well as with the respiratory communities around the world.
Whether you are new to this field or a seasoned practitioner,
Respiratory World is geared to provide knowledge but also gives way for the
sharing of knowledge by individuals like you.
So please, come on in and see what interests you and feel free to share
your thoughts.
Cheers!

ReplyDeleteThanks Dr. Barbour, I thought I'd keep with my strengths, and so far this has been fun. I have found areas of my profession I didn't even think of.
